See, I made the mistake of joining a slash mailing list that deals with rarer fandoms. The problem is a lot of them are fandoms that hurt my head. LIKE F-TROOP. There is someone witing slash for F-Troop, and there are currently thirteen pieces of F-TROOP SLASH on the interbutt, if not more.

I am always joining rare slash communities, because I LOVE rare slash and unusual pairings to little itty-bitty pieces and when someone manages to write a fic about something I really like that I'd never expected anyone would slash ever I bounce around my computer and squee like a two year old who'd just found M&Ms under the sofa.

Then someone in all seriousness posts Sam and Max morning-after fic and I unsubscribe from them for another six months. *siiiiigh*

I only have one show from childhood I remember fondly, a cheesy TV adaptation of the Monkey King legend, and a certain popular manga series featuring four handsome sharp-chinned men kind of raped that memory by proxy. XD;
