Along with Meek the Piranha is a lot like me. Meek is who I am the Piranha is who I sometimes want to be. If there was ever an animated Gilda and Meek series, I had always planned on voicing him.
Wait, I thought your animals WERE sentient beings. That's always a problem in cartoons with animal people.
Like that episode of Cow and Chicken where they're handing out huge amounts of meat. If it's not beef or poultry, they must really thought pigs were stupid.
I wouldn't exactly call it a problem if it's dealt with the right way (Disney comics are FABULOUS at this) but yeah, there are usually two types of animals in funny animal books.
"I love the description! You can really visualize him. And the whole "you WILL find out" is very interesting. I wonder if I could solve that riddle..."
Here's a hint. It's really lame and really cute at the same time.
"Wait, I thought your animals WERE sentient beings."
Funny animal books usually have two types of animals: those that can talk, and those that can't. That is why Mickey Mouse can have an ostrich or Donald Duck can hunt a turkey. There ARE animals in my books that are only pets.
You know, I think I would have a hard time nursing a piranha back to health. Sounds like a lovable little critter with buzz saw teeth. Would I ever love to see a drawing of this one though.
