Batman: JLU did the same thing with story arcs. That's one of the reasons I loved it so much. Did Sherlock Homes ever have his own DC Comic or was he ever featured in one?

Lost: I think the fact that Sun didn't time travel means something. Maybe her agenda is incongruous with the other Oceanic Six. Maybe she HAS teamed up with Charles Widmore. Locke may have stayed put for the same reason.

Batman: Hmm, I can't recall. All I can think of is this one Elseworlds tale called Gotham by Gaslight. Batman's costume in this episode was based on this comic. It was basically Batman substituted for Holmes and Joker for Jack the Ripper.

Lost: Good call. I forgot about that. That and/or they still "have work to do" before they can go back to the 70's.

Batman: Interesting. I think it would have been neat if DC had done some Sherlock Holmes comics way back when.

Lost: What you said is the more likely scenario. I just knew after I saw they were split up that there was almost certainly a reason for it and that the island itself probably had something to do with it. I expect Sun and Jin to be reunited by season's end.

Batman: I'm sure it's likely since DC was around since the Stone Age. ;)

Lost: I think at the rate at which stuff happens this season, might be before the season finale which I carelessly discovered the title name, even. Speaking of spoilers, reading the local newspaper has become dangerous. I thought was reading a harmless article about a Lost costume designer but it revealed a big time spoiler. Arg!!

Lost: I've noticed that the spoilers which get revealed in newspapers and magazines tend to be of the minor variety at least compared to the ones they don't report. I catch up with Entertainment Weekly and TV guide and read all of their articles and not one of them reported on the three years later stunt from LeFluer.

Let's just say it talks about a character that's been gone without explanation.

Right after I posted that I accidently read a big spoiler that I was given no warning for. Fortunately it was a RUMOR rather than a confirmed fact but if it's true it's a doozy and I would have rather have not even known it was a possibility.
