Well, I had more classes today, and considering that I posted one entry about the last week and Monday (August 31) at around 1:30 AM, I'm calling this entry about today's classes "Part II." I had one class today: Life Span Developmental Psychology.
Here we go:

Life Span Developmental Psychology:
Well, today we started the lecture for this class. There's not an awful lot to say about it except that the teacher continued to want a great deal of input from the students as she lectured. She only got through part of the lecture, but I think that's alright, because the class was full of students who were curious about the material, and they asked questions and contributed.
I forgot to mention in my last update that each of the groups introduced their individual members. We finished that today, which also took a fair chunk of our time. However, this was important, because as part of the introductions, she asked us to tell her what kinds of pet peeves we had about instructors, and what fears we all had about the class. It was great getting to hear some of the input the students gave on this.
Our instructor plans on finishing her lecture on Thursday, and I'm looking forward to it.
GENERAL COLLEGE:
My words were prophetic: the college was less busy today than it was yesterday. It was still a zoo, but it wasn't nearly as crowded. Of course, my class was later in the day, so that may have played a part in it.
In other news, my Pell Grant (
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pell_Grant) came through today, and my tuition is paid, with money leftover! I'll be getting a check for approximately $625 by this Friday, and I'll be able to use that for whatever I want! I plan to use it for next semester's textbooks, and a few basic needs I have in my own life right now (a new pair of shoes is one major thing).

That's it for now on the college front. Stay tuned for more updates!
