Blech...But At Least It's Optomistic
I've been pretty much incapacitated with this nasty cold that sprang itself on me. At 5pm last Monday I was fine. By 7:30 I had a RAGING sore throat. Tuesday and Wednesday I was achy. And now I'm just snotty and coughy and feeling blech.
Doing my best to lay low on this three day weekend cause Wednesday night I fly out to CALIFORNIA!! YAY!! So far I have one job interview lined up and plans to land me an apartment by this time next week. In theory, tomorrow I will be mailing my resume off to a whole bunch of places via monster.com. Though we'll see. The worst part of this cold is that I can't even focus on anything. The best thing I can do for myself when I'm not sleeping is just pop in a movie or something and watch the images, cause my brain is mush.
That said, I'm off to Deluxe to sit at a table by myself and write. I NEED to get 15 pages to turn in tomorrow by noon and even though my schedule is cleared this weekend, I've made very little progress. Damn internet!!
That's about it from here. The move is progressing. I now have a car. In a month I will no longer be working at the bank. In about 35 days, I'll be cruising to warmer climes. HURRAH!
