Please growup and look at the real world. You keeping material items hostage is not going to help you get cash. You had no written agreement with this Jessica and her family. Therefore, as an officer of the law she can get an police escort to get her items, and then file a report of harrasment. So my suggestion is to just give her items back and she will return any thing that belongs to you and think twice before you try to help other people.

You don't know anything about my child being in one diaper all day or about his rashes. I change him several times a day and have come to learn that it was the CLOTH diapers that were giving him a rash regardless and switched him to disposables and the rash is going completely. Go ahead and research cloth diapers because some kids just get a reaction to them.

Also, I will keep her things until I recieve payment. I don't have to have a written agreement, I had a verbal agreement and if she wants to involve the law i'll be more than happy to take her to small claims court so that i'll recieve payment. I bet that she failed to tell you that she stole from me while staying at my home, and also the only help that she gave me exspence wise was $20 for groceries in the 3 weeks that she stayed. Before you go and make threats to me, maybe you need to know the whole story!

Holy Hell! Before you go and mildly chew out my family, maybe you should learn about them first. Danielle has been taking care of babies since she was a little kid! She knows how to raise a child! More then one at a time too! A verbal agreement is just as binding as a written contract. Because property is 9/10s of the law, any value over 20 US dollars that is stolen, gone unpaid or whatever is cause for a lawsuit, which due to the previously mentioned verbal agreement, Jessie would lose.

Yeah actually she was in the fight, danielle always brings in her family. I remember when me and amanda were fighting! LOL AMANDA brought Danielle into it. Remeber GUYS!?? Amanda didn't have any of my clothes, you both said over and over again! HAHA don't you wish, But my bad. Danielle NEVER lies and Danielle and Amanda are both perfect! My bad!
