Writing Essays While Listening to Bands That Start With the Letter "A"

Nov 20, 2006 14:10

I'm in the middle of writing a comparison/contrast essay for my English 101 class. I told myself I was going to do it on Saturday, but I didn't. I then, last night, gave myself a little schedule to go by for today, which went like this.

9:30AM - 12:00PM : Free time to myself.
12:00PM - 2:00PM : Work on essay and print it out.
2:00PM - 3:00PM : An hour long break to relax "my mind."
3:00PM - 5:00PM : Proofread essay, correct essay, and do my reading for class.
Then I have to leave for class.

Here's how it's been so far.
9:30AM - 10:30PM : Sleep in because I fell like it.
10:30AM - 10:00AM : Shower. I take longer showers.
11:00AM - 12:00PM : Watched a movie with Bette Middler in it. I have no idea why, but it was my free time.
12:00 - 12:40 : Read the news online.
12:40 - 1:15 : I was upstairs for no reason. I don't even remember being up there, but I was.
1:15 - 1:55 : Actual work on essay. Outline and one paragraph done only.

So, I'm only a little behind. That's not too bad.

Oh, and the last four bands that have been playing on iTunes have started with the letter "A." Party Shuffle is just good like that.
Arcade Fire
Angels and Airwaves
Army of Freshman
Avenue Q (Not really the "band" name, but it is what it is labeled as.)
