Dancing is bullshit, dancing is fun
holy hell, the last three weeks have been a big piece of crap. i've done pretty much nothing except studying and school work. two weekends were completely taken up by homework as well as the week by other school work.
i have had some interesting things happen. my observations at fairborn are over but i might go in anyway. i never really did much but i kind of miss the kids when i'm not there. one of them invited me to see his band play. he wears lots of metal shirts and tons of pentagrams but they were playing at a christian venue. i was on duty so i only went for an hour. i didn't get to see them play but i met some real nice younger kids and i'll admit it kind of made me feel cool that he asked me to come.
so 3 exams today. ouch.
and i worked last week. i did theater checks all night and i cleaned a little because the guy who was supposed to do it really sucked at it. he's like 30 and kind of lazy. i want to take his job so i never have to work concession stand.
spaghetti dinner in an hour. tomorrow office hours, CA party, and working 10pm-2am harry potter opening.
i also want to make another mix tape, i've been listening to a lot of music lately. i think i should sell some of the dumber stuff i have that i don't listen to. i have probably near 400 - 500 cds not including compilations, mixes, burned cds and various other stuff. i've been listening to metal a lot lately too. a lot of isis and pelican because they are real good. i dont care that i found out about them until after they were good. this reminds me of something i want to write about, so......
i'll be working on the second zine this weekend. i have about three or four different things i want to write about which will probably involve some research and reading.
screw winter weather.
P.S. i didn't do all that great on any of my exams but tonight i got my jeffrey dahmer paper back and the professor was talking about how critical he was of our work. they were group papers but i did mine alone. it was 16 pages and i got a 100% on it with excellent being the only comment. that makes me feel really good
