BBQ at faerierhona's place was wonderful. Got to meet some new people and was given a tip about a place in Soho who specialise in garlic, called simply Garlic And Shots. I think I shall go there on Wednesday when meeting up with Russell et al., else we'll go to a vegetarian south indian place of his suggestion. Should be OK, even with
my fussy eating

With regards to your post that comes to mind again: don't forget us local friends over in Ringway. If you ever want company of an evening, there's usually at least one of us in. And hugs are always available on demand ;-)

Garlic and Shots is great :D rocky, garlicy and boozy, what more could you ask for? ;)

(btw, don't forget to check opening hours, it doesn't open until 6pm)

oh, and the front of it is sometimes difficult to find, as it's printed pretty small above the door. The roof looks like burnt out scaffolding, and it's nearish the nando's on that road...
