I almost had time to be bored

Once again, Sunday found me with nearly all my plans cancelled.

Delwyn and I went and had a look at another flat (we'd been to see a few yesterday, and this was just one where we had an Appointed Time at which to make our inspection), and while we were out I had a call from petebuke to say he didn't actually need me at rehearsal, but could I give him some advice on how to get the chorus to have good characters? I couldn't, really, but I suggested a few exercises and quietly revelled in the thought of an afternoon off. Then Isaac, Delwyn and I went shopping, and Isaac and I played board games (Carcassonne and US Patent No. 1) while Delwyn went to the gym, in lieu of the usual vigorous Sunday afternoon activities of Dungeons and Dragons and studying, respectively.

After dinner, Isaac and I went to a readthrough for New Play, which is all the designation it has so far. It's very, very good, and full of deliciously funny things (and lots of kissing...)

Now I am having a light supper, chatting to sevanetta, and listening to some fine music, in preparation for what will hopefully be an excellent day at work tomorrow.

Life is pretty neat.
