The Magic Numbers play a curious mélange of Modest Mouse, The Arcade Fire and The Flaming Lips. Their eponymous debut album is full of intricately crafted pop, informed by a delicate country sensibility. They are so indie that they don't even have a proper entry on AMG yet.
