So, last night I got home from Cape May Point. It was a really good vacation. Actually, it was alot better than most Cape May Point vacations for a few reasons...

1. My last night of working at Kitty's for the summer was the night before I left for CMP, so that put me in a pretty good mood.

2. I went down there on sunday, a few days earlier than I had origionally planed. So I had a slightly longer vacation, which was very nice.

3. On tuesday I drove back up to Philly to pick up Katie at the airport and she spent the rest of the week with us in CMP. Her being there made it alot of fun and I was glad that she got first hand experience of Cape May. Also on saturday, she and I took the train into Philladelphia which was pretty fun. Ive seen it all before but it was fun doing it with katie... (I wont even mention how good the cheese steaks were...)

4. Before that, on friday, Katie and I went to the Vans Warped Tour in Camden, NJ. I had no idea we were going and Katie suprized me (quite a bit) with tickets to go. Needless to say, It was AWESOME. For those of you who dont know, the Vans Warped Tour is a huge concert that travels all over each year and has about 50 bands. Alot of ones that no one has heard of before, but also, alot that you have heard of before. Some of the bands you probably have heard of before were My Chemical Romance, Hawthorne Hights, The Transplants, Story of the Year, Dropkick Murpheys, Thrice, Funeral For a Friend, Fall Out Boy, MXPX, and some others im sure Ive forgotten. My favorite was Fall Out Boy (even though we didnt get to see their whole show) and I bought their new CD today. Katie's favorite was Hawthorne Heights and we met the lead singer and he signed Katie's Hawthorne Heights shirt and my Warped Tour CD. We also saw Travis Barker, the drummer from Blink 182, whose now in The Transplants, from about 30 feet away and I got a pretty cool pic of him on my cell phone. So, overall, besides being kicked in the face by a crowd surfer and the scorching heat, the whole experience was awesome and Im already planning on going again next year.

So, next in my life is getting ready for college. This week im starting to pack and buy stuff that I'll need. Its so exciting and scary at the same time. Ive only got a little more than a week left at home.

We're going down, down in an earlier round
And Sugar, we're going down swinging
I'll be your number one with a bullet
A loaded god complex, cock it and pull it
