This is a quote that I said last night and thought was really cool lol.
I've had a MySpace for a while, but when I first signed up I never intended to use it. Shane wanted to show me someone's pics. After a while I found out some more friends of mine had a MySpace, so I decided to better fill mine out. Since then I've had a bunch of people I know contact me through MySpace. The awesomeness of this website really hit me tonight when Jenna, a good friend of mine from high school, signed up tonight and got a hold of me! I haven't talked to her in ages and now I found out her AR schedule so we can hang out. I know MySpace gets a bad rep sometimes because a lot of people just use it to hook up with people, but it really is an awesome service. It's proved nothing but awesome for me!
I forgot, but I was supposed to make a post about these two quotes that Eric brought up. I can't remember how, but Eric and I ended up on the topic of compatability when dating. I think it was because we were sitting outside a clothing store in Arden Mall while Jill was shopping inside and we were noticing all the couples walking by. Eric made a statement about how weird it is that birds of a feather flock together, but opposites attract. Then we started to have a discussion about these two topics and compatability in relationships. It's my belief that two people should definetly have some things in common so they can relate to one another, but I don't think they should have a completely similar set of interests. Diversity is what makes life interesting and it's my belief that diversity will allow for a more interesting and exciting relationship. I could be completely wrong of course. These are only my opinions. Anyway...I just found the whole brids of a feather and opposites attracting thing so interesting. Anyway...time for sleep!
