Phone Hunting
3 weeks post-accident, and I'm still mobile-phone-less. So, it's time to get a new one. Since it's time to renew my contract anyway, I've gone a-hunting.
What I want: something compact, don't give a rats patootie about music capabilities, but I would like a nice camera built in, and battery life should be reasonable, ta. And I've had good experiences with my last two Sony Ericcsons, so I'm pondering the W810i, and the K800i. K800i is a bit weird-looking and bulky, but it is a 3.0 megapixel cam, so it has that going for it
But I'm open to other suggestions, assuming they're available on contract, so if anyone has experiences, good or bad, to share, do tell. I was half-pondering a Palm Treo (need a new PDA anyway, since old one died in the accident, but I'll wait for the insurance on that one), but I really feel the screen size on the Palm TX is the minimum I'll accept for the kind of use I put it to.
