[This afternoon]
Well... I went to go return the movies that I had rented on Sunday. Mom was having a fit about me not looking for a job and she insisted that after I take the give away stuff to Goodwill and returned the movies that I should goto Home Dept to fill out a job application. I told her that I'd rather work at Blockbuster and that there were some application just sitting inside of the door when you went in. I told her that I'd fill one of those out and hand it in. So I get there, take a form and start filing it out. As I fill out the form I notice that there's a place for my Drivers License number. I think for a second... and think to myself that I had forgoten my wallet at home. I reach back for my wallet and realize that I had in fact left it at home. Before I make a break for the door, I look at the application and notice that it's a MEMBERSHIP application not a JOB application. -_- Hurray me. So I contine on out to go home and get my wallet.
I get home, my wallet and Mom takes notice that I'd returned quite quickly. She asked me if I had filled out the stuff and I said that I haddent because what they had sitting in side of the door was a memebership application. She freaks out and telling me to get back out there and get one. Like I didnt plan on doing that anyway. I got back out to the car and sat in there for a while. I really didnt wanna work there. It would be nice but I really didnt desire to work there. So instead of going there I thought I would head over to the mall and see if they had anything.
I walk in and I of course go into Suncoast. I dont think I can enter the mall and NOT go in there anymore. Anyway, I get in and start browsing around. One of the first things that they have displayed there is of course the "Band of Brothers" collection. *sigh* I look at it and notice that they have it marked down to $89. *sigh* I think I'm in trouble. I put it down and browse some more I look around not knowing what I'm looking for. I find "Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring" Extended version Limited edition box set. -_- Which seemed also to be marked down. I really didnt wanna purchase that because i really had no use for the book ends. *shrug* Anyway, I continue browing and find "Thumbwars." I got a good chuckle out of that. The movie was funny the first 2 times. I dont think that I have it anymore. I wonder over to the manga section to take a quick look. To my dismay they dont have any of the "Love Hina" novels that I dont have. I immeadly realize that my chances of not spending more then 20 bucks here has just gone out the window. I wonder around for probably another 30-45 min. In the end I end up purchasing "Band of Brothers." As I'm being checked out I ask if I could get a job application. She said sure and got me one. ^_^ That was realitivly painless... right? Yup... no pain...
So I get out of there with a little lighter wallet. I get to the car and fill out the application half way before going over to the college to see about getting my first payment done. I get in and their closed till 2:45. At that point it was 1:45. I really didnt feel like sicking around for an hour. So I left and came home.
Mom inquired if I had gotten a job applicaiton at Blockbuster. I told a lil white lie and said that they didnt have any job applications there so I went to Suncoast and got one. She then asked me in a chewing out fashion if they had any job openings. I shrugged. From what I over heard from the lady at Suncoast, she was the most availible person and seemed to work alot. I don't think Ill have trouble getting a job there.... I hope...
[This evening]
As soon as I'm done writing this I'm going over to the college to check on my payments. Then goto McNeil to pick up the girls (Mike and Katie :P). I have practice for an upcomming match at 8 est. -_- I not sure if i'll be participating but who knows. If not no biggie, I wont have to miss Smallville. ^_^
Ok well then... I guess I'm off... like a dirty shirt. :P
