Rick Warren has been picked by President Elect Obama to give the inaugural invocation. If you don't know who this guy is, google him. He may even give you pause, because he'll say a lot of things that seem to make sense. Then the anti-gay bullshit will come flying out. Warren was a heavy supporter of Prop 8, for instance. At his church, Rick Warren insists that gay and lesbians will not be welcomed unless they are fully repentant.
Rich Warren is a horses ass, and a horses ass is an undignified choice for anyone speaking at a Presidential inauguration. If you can't find a minister that doesn't support putting peoples civil rights up for a vote by the majority, than kick religion out of the ceremony where it shouldn't be in the first place. Because if you haven't noticed, the gay rights movement is back, it's angry, and it's not taking prisoners. Just ask the Mormons.
