Out to Soho...
So just got back from Soho (liek my totally favorite place in the world). God , you know when I left Darwin for London I thought Soho would be my Mecca. What a shit hole it can be... anyway I met Shane (of Handbags at Dawn fame) and his beautiful boyfriend and we had a few drinks and a meal at Misato - normally a great Japanese restaurant in China Town. God I love that guy - Shane - such a cool songwriter and a really great guy. Totally check out www.handbagsatdawn.info - hehe.
So we were talking about where we were at creatively and if we had written and worthwhile shit recently and I guess I've been at a bit of a loss... I've decided I probably need a new instrument. Any suggestions for something new to songwrite with would be cool. I'm thinking piano.
Anyone have any good tips on how best to customise this live-journal? It's a bit bland at the moment, though I dig lo-fi!
