I always have a hard time thinking what to write so I think I'll start posting song lyrics I'm working on or have written. Everyone can tell me what they think. Here is a song I started writing a couple of days ago:

feels like the morning of a funeral

but the only thing that's passed away

I have no more tears to offer for you

I place a rose upon the grave
and say my final farewell
to my glory that will not take flight again

as I turn and walk away
I feel the clouds start to break
the light has found it's way to me again

and now the sky is crashing down
and it makes me glad
it seems to make the sorrow wash away
