Hey eliss, u get my comment for week 6, very lucky number in feng shui, anyways, just commenting on your comment from saras blog, in the idea of less politics in australia. I think this is very true, i dont think australia is as political as other countries, which i think is obviously a good thing, in some ways, im just thankful were all like brainwashed americans, as i once saw an american lady say, "i think as a christian country the best thing we can do is pray for our president." australians would never be so stupid, and as u know, one my greatest fears is to become so americanized that we incorperate religion in politics, something i think must be seperated at all costs, as i talk to my friend in italy, and he cant stand the way the vatican is forever poking its nose in the rest of italy's business and threatens every1 who disagrees with excommunication..... ah well, when u cancle christmas and say harry potter is the devil incarnite...
concluding, its good to have an intrest in politics, if only to ensure the country doesnt do a backflip and suddenly your a targeted minority... be it due to race, religion, sexuality...
