My case -
1)I have 2 witness's who saw me put the said money i picked up under my speaker.
2)Most people know i don't put money in the bank and that i keep it hidden in my room. (Anica, lisa, c.t.)
3) Every week i take out $100 from my paycheck to cover rent and utilities. November 6, 13, 20th = $300
4) Money dropped out of your pocket, who knows were else it could have dropped.
5) The only other time i was in my room from the time i brought it in my room, was the the time i came with you into my room to give it to you. So how could i have hidden it?
6) You stole a pair of gloves out of my room which when i asked you why are you wearing my gloves, you fronted and said "oh, these are yours?" You stole them from my room... who else would they be. this makes me beleieve you are responsible for the $40 and playstaion games that were taken from my room.
7) I was mildy intoxicated when this all happened. DO you really think i would come up with a sceme to take your money when i can hardly count to 10?
8) And if it wasnt bad enough that my ps2 games were stolen. You had to rip up my ps2 box when i was gonna return it cuz i dont have a use for it anymore. Good job.
Myke's case
1) The money was folded the same way his other money was.
Come on... how many ways can you fold a fucking bill. All three of those hundreds were in my sock folded like a poster till i moved them because you took my gloves which i keep where my socks are.
2) There was marks on all of the bills
Yea einstein, you got them from the bank, of course they were marked. Unless your payroll is from the mob.. i dont think your gonna get unmarked 100s anytime soon.
I hope this gives you a little more light on our situation and you will realize that "shit, maybe that wasnt my money" before i do take action. You have 1.5 days to think about. Try and call my bluff. Your only digging your own grave.
