Good day
It's been a pretty good day - if only for good news on my job hunting. Rung up about a research associate job based in Cambridgeshire, and spoke to a recruitment agent who was very positive on the phone. I have since sent my CV and spoken by email to her and apparently she thinks I would be well suited to the role. It's the most positive news I've had on jobs since my selection in Air Traffic Control, so hopefully I can at least get an interview from this one. That cheered me up quite a bit, it's got a bit much not even hearing back from anyone for so long.
Other than that felt pretty tired all day again - though felt I did get a reasonably good night's sleep but ho-hum.
Watched the Chelsea-Livepool Champion's League semi-final, Liverpool won on penalties. Wasn't really rooting for either just glad to see an English team in the final. Hopefully Manchester United can beat Milan tomorrow and set up an all English final...
