Swagger continues to work over the arm of Hardy. Matt goes up top but is cut off and Swagger nails him wim a superplex but only gets a two count. Hardy powerbombs Swagger out of the corner and he pulls off the covering in the process. Hardy goes for the Twist of Fate but Swagger counters. Hardy hits the Side Effect but only gets a two. Swagger rams Hardy into the exposed steel turnbuckle right in front of the referee and for some reason it is not a DQ. Swagger hits the Dr. Bomb for the win and is the new ECW Champion.
