...danni still yells at me, as the bad tooth fairy, as she found out at age 7 that the tooth fairy was me. i was TOTALLY out of cash, so i used the 2 dollar bill that we had in the computer room. the one she knew was there. and then the one that wasn't. ...her deductive skills were pretty good pretty early. whoops.
That's funny! Maybe we should start a 'Bad Tooth Fairies Club.'
We get so proud of our kids for being so observant, don't we. At least, until they catch on to something we don't want them to catch on about. :-)
I'm just glad I was able to handle it better than the time Aiden asked me if elves were real and told him no. Then he asked me if Santa was real because he's an elf. That was a few years ago and I was rendered speechless.
