Insight Bowl Tailgate Party...well, sorta
Tonight's menu for our Cowan-based, indoor Insight Bowl tailgate party includes:
Turkey & Bacon Quesadillas
Chili Con Queso & chips
Mexican Cannolis
Although we didn't plan on a southwestern-style dinner, it certainly has that feel. We'll just say it's in honor of the Insight Bowl, which is in Tempe. Kev, Liz, and St. Caed are here, so it's time to party as we watch IU play 13 (and hopefully win 8)!
