Pain in the Neck...literally and figuratively
Wow. another long stretch with no updates.
Anyway, still having neck pain and really tired of it. Chronic pain is not fun and so far Physical Therapy hasn't lived up to my expectations.
Updated my resume today and actually sent to Dupont for an open IT purchasing position. Funny how I've taken no steps to get into another type of career. Something fun and rewarding. It's just that everything requires education and experience, and outside of the financial/purchasing industry I have none.
I should probably take out a loan and go back to school part time...but that's so tiring. I've done it before. But I can't imagine how else to get into another line of work. Also any other financial aid is probably out of the question as I probably made too much while at JPMC. And are other lines of business as financially sound?
So it comes down to job enjoyment vs. financial security. I just see no way of turning anything I like to do into a monetarily rewarding career.
