Mattbert at the Movies: Batman Begins

Well I'm sure no one's going to read this and no one really cares and I'm pretty sure you guys forgot I even have a journal but ect. Anyway here is my movie review of Batman Begins.

It was great. This is my favorite Batman movie and possibly it's the best film this year and probably nothing will come out to change that. The first thing you'll notice is that it's a dark movie, which is what it needs to be. "But what about the kids?" Who gives a damn about the kids!? Batman is a movie for adults. The acting is perfectly executed even by people with small roles. Some parts, like most movie remakes, are innaccurate, but you won't notice unless you're a huge fan of Batman and follow the history. Also, it's good to note that the villians do NOT die in the end unlike the previous movies where they pretty much all die. This means that old villians may appear in future movies and it gives you a more Batman-like feel. (Batman never really killed anyone in the comics or cartoons unlike previous movies where he kills and doesnt really care) Speaking of the cartoon, if you enjoyed Batman: The Animated Series, you'd probably like this movie. I thought they were pretty much the same. Especially when he talks to Commisioner Gordan. Anywho, I give Batman Begins 10/10.
