sometimes i watch the news and i see that someone has brought a gun to work and gone to town and i'm horrified. then i got to work and remember just how justified they must have thought they were in their actions because quite frankly, bosses are just getting fuckin ruder and ruder and they are working us to the bone so they can sit back and do ( Read more... )

I have heard a few whispers of change and new energy stirring in our group of late... I heard many in our group say your last post inspired them to face the challenges of their life and 'the mundane' and start to reach out for new experiences... Thats awesome Paul, you are becoming a catalyst for action for people. It was very impressive to watch the wave of energy wash over everyone...You are an amaing advocate for spirit...

what is your catalyst? What is helping you at the mom?

jesus! got so caught up in myself i forgot to actually have a point. it took me to walk away to actually stop and think...."what was all that?"

ok what i personally have learned is the sooner we can stop freaking out and waving our hands about in the dark the sooner we can just sit and really start to think about the things that matter. eventually you'll bring your own light and you'll find you've been on "the path" all along. you'd just forgotten to bring light.
