Recent Stuff
Er, I haven't updated my journal in a while. My last entry was crappy, so I'll keep things (at least, I'll try) more upbeat.
Samhain was kind of dissapointing. I ended up having to work, which sucked ass. I was sooooo mad about that. The day up until I had to go into work was great though. I got a pomagranite and ate that, and drank some wine and poured some outside on the ground. Simple, but suprisingly spiritually satisfying.
Sara finally got a job! I'm so proud of her. She's working at JC Penney's now, and she loves it. It'll also be nice to have a second income, at least until she moves out.
We went up to OKC to vote on the 2nd, because we didn't register down here on time to vote here. I felt so damn liberal; I voted for Kerry, I voted for Oklahoma to have a lottery, and I voted for gay marriage. Well, I got one out of three. =/
I think I want to get involved in a coven down here. I've been a practicing Wiccan for 9 years now, and about 8 of those years I've been solitary. I think the reason that I'm wanting to find a coven now though is because I'd not only have people to share spirituality with, but also I'd get to meet people. It's really weird for me being in a place where I don't know people.
