Have you ever wonder how retarded the government is, well the government is soo retarded that it come up with this law.
"Whoever...utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet... without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person...who receives the communications...shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."

Yeah so if you've ever played any online game, chatted online, or hell posted on a web forum, and someone found it annoying you could be facing 2 years of imprisonment by our good friends the federal government.
Now if only they'd prosecute spammers.
