The opening was fantastic but on the same day I found out that my recent application for Arts Council funding was rejected for the second time despite apparently meeting their criteria. I've also found out that my plan B funding option is no longer accepting applications this Spring. Fortunately we are starting to get interest from paying clients so I should be able to weather these setbacks.
...anyway I'm now gearing myself up for the opening night of this on Friday:
I'll be exhibiting and DJing with Nik too! I've had some high quality cards made of my designs which will be on sale at the event. They cost a fair bit to print but I'm really impressed with how they have turned out. I'm not so impressed with having no paintings left to hang on my walls though. The front room looks very bare.
