Uni has been going pretty well. I've had all of my classes, and they're alright. My math class is going to cause me to jump off of a bridge. The prof is soooo dry and boring. It makes me sad. He's the guy that gives morning profs a bad name. He's monotone, so it makes it very very easy to want to and fall asleep. My econ class is basically kicking butt. I like it. There are so much interesting things to learn :-). We had a little quiz today and I aced it. I added a media class. It's called Electronic Media and Culture. It takes a survey of the relationships between electronic media and culture. The course is going to focus on why and how electronic media (cinema, radio, tv, and the internet)emerged when they did within the larger pictures of american society and history. All previous was paraphrased from the syllabus. The prof has his Ph.D. in Film studies. I don't remember from where but somewhere local I think. I also have a business Law class that is pretty sweet. The prof is pretty chill, and he's an attorney as well. He does litigations, which is standing up and talking in front of juries and what not.
Last night Albert and I decided that we were sick of studying so we decided to go and walk over to Mission Alehouse. We got a couple of beers and chatted with the barmaid and left her quite a generous tip (15 bucks on a 28dollar tab)
/she was good
//and hot
So we drink and get some grub as well, and we decide to walk back to the apartment. As we're walking along 4th street between Santa Clara and San Fernando, this little asian dood that spoke hardly any english tried to stop us at his car. He had this pile of opened and half-packed amount of items. Like coffee makers and toasters and stuff. When he tried to stop us and we just took one look at that stuff and told him, not tonight man, and we kept walking. It was so random it was funny. I swear, we're prolly gonna run into alot weirder stuff than that...
Sadly i need to keep reading for my media class. I'll try and write more eventually
