(no subject)
So today was my first "real" day at Dominos (aka no training). So I started driving right away. Well, like an hour later, because it was SO effing slow, and stayed slow until like... i dont remember when. But anyway, at like 7:30, Dylan (another driver) offered his run to me, because I would be leaving soon. Then I got depressed and asked Ben to let me stay later, and we decided that Michelle (the third driver tonight) could go home for a few hours, then come back at 11 and I would leave at 11. Well, then Dylans truck broke down so we both ended up staying until close (1AM):):):)... So I ended up making $72 in cash and about $120 overall. Insane, for one night. And I worked at McDonalds earlier today, which made my total for today over $140. My last check for two WEEKS was less than THAT. I love Dominos. with all my heart.
So Ben was the one that I instantly clicked with, since there's always one. He's a manager, and I can't quite read how old he is. Between 21 and 35, thats my guess. Mmhmm, hes great. It was so funny because we were supposed to both leave at like 7 or 730, but then Adam called in sick (hangover), so Ben had to stay until close. Then my thing happened, so we got to spend 9 lovely hours together. Yeah, I'm acting like that means something, and no, it doesnt. Secretly theres nothing, and I'm making it sound like there is. But I got to spend time with my favorite coworker, and that made my night, damnit. I'm ok friends with MICHELLE (shit, son! a GIRL!)... so that's good. That'll impress mike. Noice.
