indeed
this weekend was amazing... not exactly because of the events that took place, but because of how i've felt. This weekend everything was good, all the food i ate tasted better than usual, my "bad" toe didnt hurt, i was able to stay up untill 9 A.M. with mike at my dads, i was happy, i was peaceful, and the list goes on... i dont know what it was about this weekend as opposed to every other weekend, but this one was great. I shouldnt have been this happy, my brother just left for alabama, and for the first time in his adult life, that i know of, he was crying, i felt bad that i couldnt say goodbye (i was at the movie with dustin and the lot) but it didnt seem to affect whatever good things were going on with me otherwise...its kind of wierd that, as im sitting there feeling great having everything taste wonderful, my dad broke his toe (while mine felt better than usual), got really sick (while i feel great), and cant taste a thing (while everything tastes better than usual for me). weird, huh? but, sadly, not that im home and am winding down, im starting to return to normal.
Moving on to other things, the events of this weekend were fun. I went to see constantine with Dustin, Justin, Sam, Mike, Steve, Matt, Jen, Nico, and frank. It was a good movie and i had fun, though i didnt really get a chance to talk to anyone afterwords. Then i went to my dads and the "goodness" streak started...and i rented "X-Men Legends" and played that with my dad and mike, mainly on saturday night. Friday night after the movie, me, mike, and my dad played halo for a while (me and mike having handicaps all the way up) and dad played for a good 3 hours. Then me and mike took over, and played against eachother for a good frickin six hours or so into the morning, and when i say morning i mean MORNING, it was fucking 9 in the morning when we went to bed. Me and dad had our traditional sunday lunch with grandma and that was nice, then i went to pick'n'save with granny and helped her shop. That pretty much sums up my weekend.
