Wow, a cartoonist I like a lot named Seth is is currently being published in the New York Times. This is very strange. His strip runs in the Sunday edition of the paper and takes up a full newspaper page. The strip will run only in the Times and is projected to run for 20-22 weeks. This is very unusual in this day and age, where all of the comics usually consist of 3-4 panels and are produced for syndicates that attempt to have their comics published in as many comics as possible. This sort of thing was really common 80-100 years ago, when newspapers strive to have their own exclusive strips that would often fill a whole page. Neat!
