11 months and counting...til I move to Chicago
As you can see from the subject line, I am moving to Chicago. ASAP. Depending on when a job wants me to move there. This job is MIA right now, but hopefully will peak its head out around the corner of August, maybe September.
My trip was amazing. As amazing as can be. Anthony's apartment was amazing. The buildings that look soo cool they looked fake were amazing. Even sleeping on a 4 foot love seat was amazing. We pretty much saw everything that I wanted to see, minus the whole going up either Sears Tower or the John Hancock Building. Aw well, when I live there I will have my whole life to do those things haha. I know what you are all thinking.
"Matt, what if you don't get a job in Chicago. What if the only job you can get is in Michigan or Alaska (or add some random place here)?"
Well my friends. I am overly confident that I will get a job. Not necessarily the job of my dreams at first, and probably not the highest paying job I could get, but I can sacrifice money for being happy in Chicago. It's my dream and I am sticking to it. And I know if I bust my ass this year, I can get to it.
As for Chi town, here is my favorite shot (Dan happens to love this city scene too)
