Never sleeping again

I've neglected to mention this in here until now, but one of the things I've been told about my anxiety is that I will feel better if I got more sleep at night and got on a regular sleep schedule. Unfortunately, I've been unable to get onto one no matter how much I try.

It's hard to get into a new habit, you just have to keep trying. And for the record, people that aren't sleeping well tend to have worse dreams when they DO sleep. If you make it to the habit of sleeping more and better consistently, you will have less bad dreams as well. Keep trying.

Yeah, lately I've been making sure to get better sleep. I'm still far from being on a regular sleep schedule, but at least I'm getting ENOUGH sleep now if not more. And not having as many bad dreams.

Well, now I think I might be heading to the opposite extreme. With the controversies I've heard about lately, the real world is now so scary to me that I've spent most of my time asleep. :(

But apparently you were up all night, so you're sleeping at the wrong time. But it's good to get extra sleep when you need it anyway.

No, I wasn't. I got up early today after getting a decent amount of sleep starting at about 8-10 PM.
