Dear everyone who has told me, or their YouTube followers, or whoever, that the YouTube COPPA thing is nothing to worry about:

There's enough of you by now that I can KIND of take your word for it. But I am going to be SO MAD if you turn out to be wrong and this is the end of YouTube as we know it after all.

Also, in search of as much news about COPPA as possible, I've ALSO come across a bunch of controversies about particular YouTubers that have me worried.

First, there was the SuperMarioLogan thing that I told you about earlier, and it's STILL ongoing and there's plenty of people on all sides of the argument so who knows what's actually true or not. No matter who is right or wrong in that debate, I hope it doesn't lead to the channel going on hiatus (like what seems to be happening already), or worse, being deleted before I finally start watching all of it.

There was also a controversy about ProJared and a LOT of people hated him for it, and Game Grumps even deleted some of their videos just because he was in them. Then later he proved his innocence and a lot of people apologized for it but also a lot of people didn't, and some people still think he's guilty. And even if he WERE guilty I still wouldn't want videos to be deleted just because he's in them. (Remember how you told me that it's okay to like The Price is Right despite what Bob Barker did? Apparently it's not the case for ProJared, which is ironic considering he turned out to be innocent.) Also, PeanutButterGamer is on hiatus because the ProJared situation has him upset.

Quit looking for stuff that will upset you. Quit looking up COPPA stuff. Quit obsessing. You are worrying about absolutely nothing.
