Forgetfulness-I am very forgetful. Just forgot to put the clothes in the dryer.
Being distracted-I get distracted even from things that I am interested in. I was watching Grey's Anatomy and paused it to come onto livejournal.
Lack of common sense-Does anyone have common sense? Really? I don't.
Staying in bed too late-I do this about 320 days of the year. And that means really, really late. Remember what time I woke up today?
Being too loud or quiet-I am too loud. So is Stephen.
Saying stupid things-I do this all the time-want an example?
Not making right amount of eye contact-I never look anyone in the eye when I am talking to them, I look around the room.
Tiptoeing, etc. I don't do this but I do something like it all the time.
The point is-everyone does these things or similar things, it's great to try to minimize them but you shouldn't let it stress you so much. That's just going to make it worse. Keep in mind that there are more important things to life. If you think it would help you, you and I can come up with things that BOTH of us should try to change, and we can encourage each other to do those things. But if we are going to do that, we also have to keep a list of the GOOD things that we did on any given day, week, whatever. You have to be able to see the good and bad or else your perspective is going to be skewed. I think we should do this together.

That's exactly what I'm doing. Well, now it is.

Although I'm not keeping a list of things like this, I did just today have the common sense to think ahead to what's for lunch tomorrow. :)
