A Semester in Review
This semester was a doozy. So much growing happened. I'll make a list
1. Started off great. Lived with my friend James, who was dating my friend Margaret. Bought an Xbox from my ex-friend Destinie.
2. James broke up with Margaret, and Margaret sought me for comfort and advice. It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
3. People turned 21, and people started drinking a lot.
4. I decided to do the musical, Guys & Dolls. It was a great experience, met a lot of cool new people, especially one in particular.
5. Stayed caught up with school for one month, then lost the ball.
6. The musical was so fun, I put all my energy into performing in it. That and in my dance classes. I guess I know what my passion is.
7. Went to one cast party on Halloween. Went with Doug. It was the last party Doug and I would be attending as a couple. Margaret wound up crying because of James.
8. Doug and I started having problems. The Thursday after Guys & Dolls ended (11/10), we broke up. I did it over the phone. That same night, I went to a cast party, and went a little wild. Slept over with Anthony (the especially one from the cast) and we wound up making out that same night. Oops.
9. Anthony and I went on our first date on 11/13. He took me to the beach, and made me and PB&J, my heart melted. Then we saw Paranormal Activity 3 together, and held hands the whole time
10. The next weekend, Doug and I went to a Demi Lovato concert together. It was the first step of him letting go of me. The concert was really good, but she didn't sing my favorite song =[
11. That same weekend, I saw Anthony, and I think we had a glorious time.
12. Played rock band. My friend Mike O'Malley drove me all the way to Plymouth to get my Rock Band stuff just so we could play. My xbox and instruments are still in Crimson. A place I spent many nights in.
13. Nick Ryan and I became really good friends. He started trying to court Margaret after breaking up with his girlfriend, CJ. The dramaz continue.
14. There were a lot of cast parties. I had a lot of fun at them. Margaret is a good party buddy. I started drinking, for real.
15. I got a superlative for a show I wasn't even in, The Taming of the Shrew, which was ridiculously hysterical. I was so proud of all of my friends, and I got to meet Anthony's Mom and sister as his boyfriend.
16. Hung out a lot with Margaret...and her mom.
17. Went to many voice recitals to support my friends. They all can sing well.
18. Disappointed myself when my grades went downhill. Happy with myself when I felt like I was finally having college experiences.
19. Started a singing group. Stressed me out and I hated it. Probably gonna quit.
20. Went to my first gay club.
21. Got a trans roommate who turned out to be pretty awesome.
22. Got broken up with by Anthony after exactly a month of dating him. Gonna be friends.
23. I have to get 100 on my finals to make sure I get good enough grades. We'll see how that goes.
24. Margaret and Nick tried to date. It didn't go well. Made everything awkward. Can't wait for next semester when we all have clean slates.
