Writing through the hero's point of view?
i'm trying to write a new story. Praise Buddha for this! I was contemplating on giving up my-so-called writing career coz I can't write anymore. I don't have any inspirations and ideas to come up on creating a new story. Thanks to a dear friend named Dimple, she was the one who encouraged me to go back on writing again. she helped me with ideas, with the names of my characters. Really, I appreciate it so much ^__~
Now I was thinking... is it okay If I write on the point of view of the hero? I mean 80 percent of the MS would be told through the hero's feelings/thoughts. It's like the opposite of a usual MS wherein it is usually about the girl's thoughts.
I'm not a hundred percent sure about this tho. I've already written chapter 1 and it seems promising well at least for me ^__~
i still need opinions. and if you can recommend me some books wherein the writer spoke through a guy's thoughts I would gladly read it, for sure I can get some tips from it.
