Neverrrrr goinggg backkkk. Why didn't I do this sooner?! I feel infinitely better about life and super excited for everything coming in the future! Also infinitely more determined to find a way to live in Brighton. Goddamn you pesky work visas. Who is English and wants to marry me?
Played some Dutch Blitz with Pippa yesterday then ate nachos at the George during pub quiz with Lisa, Aoife, Fouad and her flatmate Aaron and it was beyond orgasmic. Tomorrow I plan to hit up Red Roaster while Lisa's at work, then get noms at Red Veg and go to Allsorts with Lisa and Elea. Then drinky drinks?!
Sadly half of my friends aren't here as it's summer, but almost everyone is coming back for Pride so I plan to spend it happily drunk, gay and dancing. This means you Revenge.
Did I mention I accidentally shoplifted £15 from Sainsbury's? They ID'd me for wine at the self-checkout and I was so disoriented from not sleeping for 30+ hours that I just walked away without hitting the "Finish & Pay" button with all my items. No idea why they didn't stop me, but they know who I am as they saw both my NY license and passport and I stick out like a sore thumb being American. I bet there's a sexy CCTV photo of me hanging up in the Employee's Lounge as we speak. I'm dumb.
Everything about Brighton is wonderful. I wish my mother pushed me out of her vag here so I could stay.
