Almost free from academia?

So I just mapped out my work more or less for the rest of the semester and I realized, and all of you at Smith are going to hate me, that after this Wednesday I don't really have that much to do for the rest of college! One of my final papers was due before Spring Break and the other draft is due Wednesday. I don't think editing the draft will be that stressful and then I just have a group presentation, book review assignment on a memoir I chose to read and a couple <1 page public event write-ups where I need to pick 2 events at Smith to attend and write about them. I have my final critique for my CS art project thing, which will be really hard, but it's not as tedious as writing a paper because I get to make pretties and I won't have to worry about other work at the same time so I can even enjoy it. I am putting the final touches on The Chart in Processing, so it should be fun!

I just wish everyone else didn't have work either so I'd have companions, but whatever. I am going to read so many young adult vampire novels and watch so much shitty TV! Maybe I could even like, leave Smith for a whole weekend, because that would be awesome.

Today was really terrible and I think I randomly broke out crying like 800 times and also just forgot to write a paper that was due, but I feel better a lot better knowing that I don't have so much stress from school work to deal with after this week!

So yeah, this is the official notice that if you also don't have any work you kids should help me procrastinate from my day-to-day reading that senioritis can easily convince me to ignore.

school work, academia
