okay.
Whenever I go to the gym, I spend -on average- a little over an hour there, half of it on the treadmill walking (I don't run, maybe one day I will)then I do the express line and maybe do a bike. I haven't gone for any of the classes there, and I'll get around to that, but I feel I'm just not doing much. Certainly not burning enough calories. Now I believe that one of my more tolerable former co-workers goes to the same gym. Should I find out if she actually does and see if I can tag along with her every once in awhile? I think I'd exercise longer and maybe better if I had a buddy. Should I spring for a session with a trainer and try to figure out a routine?
I don't know. Now I'm rambling.
