Network stupidity IV

Something that can grind your gears: People who link every acticity to their profiles and ask themselves, if somebody molests them, how can he know all that.

The advantage of linking it all is you can easily present yourself, state to the world who you are and perhaps even make a little propaganda for something - even if it's propaganda only for yourself.
The disadvantage is if someone is really going hard for you, he knows where to find you. Also he knows what you like, what you dislike - where he can put the needle in and disgrace you.
If that happens to be on a platform where you appear with your legal name, he can also drag your real name into shame.

It may be tempting to advertise yourself and seek for an honest conversation, but always remember you're moving in a data bank. Each one can find you - and not each of them may come friendly-minded.
Some of them have business to do, some are just interested in annoying anyone, and some have a personal bone to pick with you.
Also they can find you through past traces of activity.
