Dealing with loss

If you feel like drinking, go drinking.
If you feel like keeping silent, don't say a word.
If you feel like going out to get your mind off things, just go out and do what you have to do.
Do whatever you feel like to cope with events that just happened to you.
Each mind has its own ways to deal with suffering.
