I got this pic off oddly specific and my brother resized it so it would work as an LJ icon. I'm happy. :D
Today has moved sooooo slow and it doesn't help that the server here is messed up so all the computer clocks are an hour ahead. -_- It's really quiet though. If I can, I'm going to try to escape a little early. We'll see how that goes though.
Gonna have another practice with my PAX band tonight! I really think we'll make it through qualifying easy. The band communicates well and is good about OD activation and all that. Thankfully, my voice has been holding up pretty well. I can FC everything we're talking about choosing, so I don't feel so nervous anymore.
After that I'm either going to watch FlashForward (The new episode actually reviewed pretty well, though I'm not sure what the impact will be after such a long layoff) or press forward in FFXIII. I finally grinded my way to a maxed out stage 6 crystarium at about 4AM last night. Now I figure I shouldn't need to do that at all since the game is really well paced generally.
This time next week I'll be at PAX! Probably embarrassing myself playing RB... ah well. Still really excited!! I also found out that our hotel is 20 minutes away via mass transit which is fantastic. :D The PAX organizers sent Charlie Cards (The Metrocard, Boston style) so it's just a matter of putting $20 on those and we'll be good to go. That's a lot less than I had set aside for travel which means more money to buy other useless things. Not that there's a dealer room, I think. I'll find out next week! *giddy*
