Christmas, Gaming, Why Am I Always SLEEPY!?
I am SO tired all the time. I have no idea why. More and more I’ve been going to bed early, but ugh. I’m just exhausted, even when I get 8-9 hours of sleep a night. Pretty sure it has a little to do with all the crap I’ve been eating lately, but I also think there’s something more. I really need to make a doctor’s appointment, but I hate doctors. The whole experience with my father only put the final nail in on my dislike for doctors. Sigh.
Honestly, I think it’s just vitamin deficiency since I make zero effort to get vitamins in me. I should get one of those ONE-A-DAY multivitamins and see if that helps me any.
I bought some Ferrero Rocher for any visitors over the holidays and I don’t think they’re going to make it. I had like 4 this morning for breakfast. Damn them for being so tiny! Lol. They’re so damn good though. I need to hide them until it’s closer to Christmas if I have any hope for any of them surviving.
Speaking of Christmas … I bought myself a new Chromebook laptop. I’m getting it before Christmas (tomorrow actually), so it’s sort of an early gift, but I am excited. I bought one over a year ago, and it’s already being poopy so hopefully this Chromebook lasts a little longer. It wasn’t a huge chunk of change, so it might not. I didn’t want to spend over $400 for a laptop since I use my computer at home for gaming. This is more for me to use when I am not home/or at lunch at work to write, surf the web, watch Netflix, etc.
I WAS looking for a new gaming laptop, but Nelson and Brandon were telling me that for the price of the laptop I could build myself a pretty beast new desktop. Sooooo, I have asked my bro to help me with that. I kind of want to try to start streaming. Thing is, I am an introvert so I don’t really speak unless spoken to, which might make the stream boring AF … but I do have some pretty awful reactions to things, which will probably be hilarious to strangers. Sooooo I dunno. Just an idea rolling around in my head. The only game I actually play right now is Warcraft, so I would have to branch out a little more and try some new games (which I am fine with). BUT… I need a computer that can run both a heavy graphics game + twitch to stream… and right now my laptop that I game on cannot… ha.
I’m also done with shopping for everyone except my mother. I got her some cute PJs, but I have about 70$ to go for her and I have no clue what to get her. I wish the woman had some hobbies, but she does not. She USED to like gardening, but ever since my dad passed, even that she has zero interest in. Maybe I can get her something that will spark that interest again. Hmmmmm. After writing that, I went browsing around Amazon, and decided to look up leg massagers (she’s been complaining of pain lately) and found a pretty nice one with good reviews. So mom is done!
Just bought a bunch of holiday cards too, so w00t. Hopefully they will arrive by this weekend and then I can get them out to folks next week/end.
