STOP HAVING A BORING TUNA, STOP HAVING A BORING LIFE!

This is what I get for watching ShamWOW and Slap Chop commercials at 3 AM.

For the first time in what is probably YEARS, BU has called a snow day for the whole Charles River Campus prior to 2 PM. Usually they never call it until 2 PM, giving us a semi-half day and completely short changing everyone who's done before 2 PM. I was convinced I was going to get fleeced like that, but when I got up at 8 AM to go to the bathroom, Anna informed me that they'd called the snow day at 5:30 AM. That... was the most amazing thing I've heard in a while. I'm printing out the email saying so and framing it.

That was just an absolute god-send. You see, I have a midterm today that I didn't study for at all. Also, I really haven't been doing my homework. Therefore, with a few extra hours of sleep, I'm pumped and ready to tackle it all.

I have a meeting with Lisa and Hannah, the directors of Much Ado About Nothing, today at 4, but I have to double check on that. Where we were going to meet is probably closed. After all, we did get one foot of snow. But, as far as I can tell, they haven't even THOUGHT about costumes. They haven't bought anyway, and want to do a 1940s theme so we can't use any of the costumes the society actually owns. Which makes my job a lot harder. I REFUSE to make a bunch of stuff for them. I didn't sign up for that. They have to do the shopping. If there are alterations to be made, I will help--but a reasonable amount. Also, I refuse to foot any bills. It's not my job. That's the directors' job. I'm getting worried just thinking about the hoops I'm going to be made to jump through.
