I convinced Tal to let Koru stay with me today.
He's been behaving, though we both slept a fuck of a lot. She also told me that my dad is lookin' for me, gave me the address I can write to so I can get in touch - fuckin' funny timing, this.
I'm trying to write at this really fuckoff strange angle 'cause Koru's asleep against my left side - tusks digging into my ribs - and I'm trying not to wake him up.
He ain't been sleeping too good apparently, I guess I shouldn't have told Tal about my heart with him there.
Doing the not-sad thing kinda helps when you've got a bubbly kid around you. Makes me wish I had one of my own, though.
