smoke it
with smoking i've been good, really good i promise------- i have even more reasons to never smoke again---our favorite Doc Ghattaora (the one who said k's pain in his side was b/c he was too fat, ha) in nottingham, when i was doing the pill check-up, asked me if i smoked and i said "no" but he asked me why i hesitated, and i said maybe in the past year i've had one or two here or there. He then said YOU SHOULD NEVER NEVER SMOKE. YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO SMOKE AGAIN, PROMISE? And he made me shake his hand and give my word.
Also, Blue Shield Blue Cross (the best med insurance i can get, apparently) agent came to our house and asked if I smoked, and I said 'no' because if I said yes, I'd have to pay more each month for health insurance. That was before I sprayed my own urine in my face, after sealing the testtube cap to the sample.
But I came to think of this before I went to sleep------- David Eugene Edwards of Woven Hand--- when we were on the Serena tour he was really nice to me, I think he even said himself that everyone had to treat me well since I was the only girl after Hilma left---- though I remember being cheeky once and saying, "I don't think I'm the only girl on this tour".......
Anyway----he'd quit for like three years?? And seemed so adamant about it. But by the end of the month, I guess hanging around Aron, Husby, Tommy, øystein, Hilma, etc. etc. the Serena crew really sucks you in (ha, literally)---- and he eventually caved in! For the entire last week(I think it was from San Francisco) he always had a visible pack of American Spirits in his front right pocket--- (at least they were all-natural)
but at least he never smoked with anybody, not that I can remember,
but darkly, and usually alone.......
